Library Millage Passes - - Service to Begin November 15th
With the recent voter approval of the library millage, Bloomfield Hills residents can obtain a Baldwin Public Library card. Beginning on November 15, 2011, City residents can go to the Baldwin Library and apply for a library card to use their services. For a list of services provided by the agreement with Baldwin Public Library, please review the Baldwin Library/Bloomfield Hills Fact Sheet.

Troy Library Card Reimbursement Program Update – November 17, 2011
As of November 9, 2011, the City will not be reimbursing residents for the purchase of a non-resident library card with Troy Public Library. We will honor the request for reimbursement if your receipt from the Troy Library is dated prior to November 9, 2011.
