Library Millage Passes - - Service to Begin November 15th

With the recent voter approval of the library millage, Bloomfield Hills residents can obtain a Baldwin Public Library card. Beginning on November 15, 2011, City residents can go to the Baldwin Library and apply for a library card to use their services. For a list of services provided by the agreement with Baldwin Public Library, please review the Baldwin Library/Bloomfield Hills Fact Sheet.

Reimbursement for Troy Library Cards

With the approval of the millage for library services with Baldwin Public Library, the City will no longer be reimbursing residents for the cost of a non-resident library card at Troy Public Library. Residents who purchased a non-resident Troy library card on or before November 8, 2011, will be reimbursed upon supplying the City with a copy of the receipt from Troy Public Library.
