Road Improvement Program Updates

2010 Road Improvement Program

Construction activities for the 2010 Road Improvement Program are complete with only punch list items (restoration, spot repairs, etc.) to be remedied this Spring, weather permitting.

2011 Road Improvement Program

Conge Drive has been selected to be reconstructed for this year’s program. Bids have been received and a Contractor has been selected. Construction is scheduled to begin mid-May and will continue through mid-July. Work includes:

• Water main replacements along Conge Drive
• Road Reconstruction on Conge Drive and at the intersection of Kensington Road and Trowbridge Court

Intermittent lane closures on Kensington Road should be expected during this construction timeframe, please use alternate routes when possible.

2012 Road Improvement Program

The City Commission has approved the rehabilitation of Epping Lane. Topographic survey and design is anticipated to begin in the Fall of 2011 for construction in 2012.
