Obtain A Police Report

The records department is available Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Requests by mail, if accepted can take up to five business days to process. Requests by fax will not be accepted. There are a couple of different ways you can obtain police records.

1. If you were involved in the case as a victim or defendant you may come in person to the department and request a copy of the report.
2. If you are a defense attorney involved in a case you can mail your discovery requests or drop them off in person. If you need our address, please see our Contact Page.
3. You may fill out the FOIA request form and submit it to the records department. See FOIA for more information.
4. Traffic crash reports can be purchased directly from the cLemis website.

All records are subject to the fee schedule below regardless of the method of request.
