Obtain A Police Report
The records department is available Monday through Friday
from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Requests by mail, if accepted can
take up to five business days to process. Requests by fax
will not be accepted. There are a couple of different ways
you can obtain police records.
- If you were involved in the case as a victim or
defendant you may come in person to the department and
request a copy of the report.
- If you are a defense attorney involved in a case you
can mail your discovery requests or drop them off in

- You may fill out the FOIA request form and submit it
to the records department.

the cLemis website.
All records are subject to the fee schedule below
regardless of the method of request.
