2007 Road Improvement Program
The roads with the highest priority ranking on the
Bloomfield Hills Road Improvement Plan were selected for
2007. Here is a list of the projects planned for this year.
Charing Crossing Court
- The roadway will be removed and replaced. This
road is one of only a few concrete roads left to be
replaced with asphalt.
- Concrete is in very poor condition.
- Utility Needs – Inspect sanitary sewer and
manholes, repair as necessary. Hillwood Court,
Hillwood Drive, Lakeview Court and Hammond Court
- All roads will be rehabilitated at this time.
The roads will be resurfaced.
- Utility Needs – Repair manholes, rehabilitate
sanitary sewer, replace and increase the size of the
water mains on Lakeview Court and Hammond Court.
Edgemere Court
- The roadway will be rehabilitated. The road
will be resurfaced with an overlay.
- Utility Needs – Sanitary sewers and manholes
will be repaired as necessary. The water main will
increased in size to accommodate water needs in the
area.
Church Road
- The roadway will be rehabilitated. The road
will be resurfaced with an overlay.
- Utility Needs – Sanitary sewers and manholes
will be repaired as necessary. The water main will
increased in size to accommodate water needs in the
area.
