New Fireworks Ordinance

On July 10, 2012, the City Commission adopted a Fireworks Regulations Ordinance to conform with the Michigan Fireworks Safety Act 256 of 2011.  The city ordinance will be effective July 22, 2012.  To view the ordinance in its entirety, click here.
