Permits & Forms
The following items are required to be submitted by the owner or the owner's agent for a demolition project:
Approved disconnect notices from all utilities:
A survey of the property to be demolished.
A soil erosion permit from the MDEQ
A completed application with appropriate fees.
As the general contractor, it is
responsibility to monitor continued compliance by the subcontractors performing the demolition work.
