Permit Requirements
The following items are required to be submitted by the owner or the owner's agent for a demolition project:
- Approved disconnect notices from all utilities:
- Electric
- Gas
- Sewer
- Telephone
- Water
- A survey of the property to be demolished.
- A soil erosion permit from the MDEQ
- A completed application with appropriate fees.
As the general contractor, it is
your responsibility to monitor continued compliance by the subcontractors performing the demolition work.
