Library
Anyone who lives, works or owns property in the City of Bloomfield Hills is eligible for a library card at the Baldwin Public Library. Simply come to the Library with a valid photo ID card showing your current address (e.g., a driver’s license, passport or state ID), and the Circulation Desk staff will register you.

Garbage / Recycling
The City of Bloomfield Hills strives to fights pollution within the community. Residents can actively participate in assisting the City maintain a healthy environment by reporting suspicious activity that have the potential to harm local waterways.

Hazardous Waste
We are pleased to announce that residents will soon be able to dispose of household hazardous waste products and discarded electronic devices at the Southeastern Oakland County Resource Recovery Authority (SOCCRA) disposal facility.

Streetlight Outage Reporting
Bloomfield Hills has been working with Detroit Edison’s Community Lighting group to expedite the repair and maintenance of the streetlights in our community.
